Edit: Don't forget to check out all the options in cpanel. If you want a nice editor with wysiwyg then you may have to set that up under options.

Of course not everyone will see the wysiwyg so better check your cpanel and select this option or you will be missing out BIG TIME

I am using pop up stopper on my PC, this is free version. You can press ctrl before clicking a link to allow popup to POP UP. Not every where will you need it but I have found a few places that use it.
