I have gone to the cp area several times and turned off the email notification, but it keeeps coming back !!!

You most likely didnt click the link thats in the email. Scroll down within one of these offending emails and look for the un subscribe links. If it still doesnt work let me know.

By the way turning off no emails from admin isn't go to stop this problem its only going to make it harder for me to fix and communicate with you.
