I like them better than regular potatoes now. Butter, cinnamon and sugar.



And sweet potato souffle with pecans is awesome

I tried to make mash potatoes from golden brown something or another. Way too sweet. Sweet ones cooked right in the skin and eaten out of same is how I like them ... but havn't had them that way for over 20 years.

I see the spammers revived this thread... I made some sweet potatoes on the grill cooked in between the ribs. They came out great, just added butter. Slow cooked about 2 hrs @ 220deg
