Bought one by Milwaukee while I was up in Canada, works with the 12V Lithium Ion system. Got the camera, two battteries the case and a charger. It had a small 12V Li-Ion screw gun with it.
Nothing fancy, but had one of these cameras on the wish list for a while. http://www.milwaukeetool.com/Product...ame=Inspection Need to order some 3/4" plugs now Came with this small screw gun http://www.milwaukeetool.com/Product...ordless+System

no video out? I am thinking of hacking my rigid, camera that is. Video out would be nice. How about a bumper cam for when you are not using it to inspect your pipes

Yes Handy
Yes infrequent use. Using it tomorrow though, It magnifies as well, easy on my eyes trying to read a model number off of some internal part. Need a thermal imaging camera also, still on the wish list though. Would use that 3 times a year, costs about 5 grand

I use my camera for coil inspections and in some drains. Showing customers how poorly the last company sealed back of coil. My sea snake camera head broke off, they sent me new one because it was a known problem but think they have lifetime warranty anyway.

I was thinking to look at coils, and inside wall cavities to see if they are moldy etc.
Using it tomorrow to check out wall cavities

Right, I have one where the aux drain was covered up, need to poke around or run cam under floor. Maybe play some music down drain, alarm buzzer or some freon and just leak test hmmmm.

I used my see snake this morning to look down a heat run to figure out why there was no air coming out a second floor register.
Turns out there was a damper about 4' down the run and it was closed (who puts a damper IN a ceiling where there is virtually no chance to get to it)but the good news was the young lady that owns the home really seemed to enjoy showing off her Tramp Stamp and thong

I did search for pin out, rigid forum someone else wanted this info, they wanted to use the screen to check security cams. i would like both output and input. How about a place on truck to screw in the cam head to see behind you or front depending on your needs.

I think if it could record short videos or snap shots and you get the pictures on your computer just like a regular camera would be great.
Or if all the HOs were hot chicks with tramp stamps and thongs, you could just call them and have them bend down and look in the camera. If they are hefers, you could just give them a report with the picture

Yes and know James ... I had nicads and yes they were dead, keep double A's on truck, they have always worked even after a year. This is just one of those tools that you wish was on your truck every so often. I would much rather pull a limit and slide in the cam vs. pulling a blower to see evap.

Pretty powerful sun down here. Longest I ever had gear in the truck was a week, I am not driving around with a service van loaded with gear all the time.
I rented out warehouse space for a while to store gear and set up a shop. Was nice not having to haul gear up the stairs all the time, but a pain in the ass leaving an hour early to load up. Rented a second bay down stairs from where I am now, easy to unload there, convenient and I am paying for the convenience.
